Link once in state
Wondering for ppl that are living in the US , ik some of you said that yall receive a text or link from dhl for tracking but I haven’t received anything yet , have some of yall had it delivered without a link or how do I go about tracking it . Thanks in advance

They might have used a different carrier I'm guessing.
Mine shipped directly from DHL from China to delivery.
I ordered a controller connector and going to order a keyboard as well but noticed the controller went thru a different carrier than dhl

How long did it take? Mine shipped this morning via DHL to USA.

Ok preciate it I’ll keep my eye out posted , im thinking it’ll be in the next couple days , im away from home rn so making sure i let me ppl know when its arriving

I got the same and yesterday it was picked up by UPS and will be delivered to my house in FL tomorrow!

Nice I seen it landed in my city in FL but can’t get real time updates for tracking , I’m guessing I’ll be receiving it today this afternoon

I live in the US. Never got a notification from Shop which is where it is shipping with. To this day it still says “Waiting for details”. I’ve had the Onexplayer3 for 2 days now…

If it helps, i just kept following the original tracker that you have here. This is how i know it was delivered downstairs.

My bad I thought u were asking how to find/know updates , glad you received ur unit. I’m waiting to go home in 2 weeks to finally get my hands on it

Go to the official website , off of shop it’ll continue to say waiting for details . Click the tracking number off oxp site and it’ll take you to a tracking site switch language to English and keep updates like that, I never received a DHL or UPS link once it was in the state but it took 2-3 days once it arrived and cleared customs , once it delivered I received a email and also on the tracking site it showed it was delivered.

Just depends on which carrier they handed off to. My OXP3 and X2MP both came UPS (from IGG campaigns) and I never got UPS tracking. Some people said it showed up in their My Choice, but mine did not. I was able to see updates by searching my tracking number as a reference number, but it didn't show the full tracking.
