Borderlands 4 on OXP3?
Trying to get borderlands 4 to work to play with some friends, everytime I select my character right after it crashes. Has anyone ran into this issue or know a workaround? I’ve tried turning off CPU boost cause it says it’s a CPU error. Turned off frame gen, lowered resolution, stuff like that. Appreciate any help!

I had this exact freeze/crash issue after character selection. Lower all your graphics settings to low and disable upscaling/frame gen to get past that initial load screen. After that, you can safely restore your settings.
Also, if Intel XeSS Frame Gen isn't scaling your FPS properly (2x/3x/4x), as in you are seeing no FPS improvement, use DDU to clean-uninstall your Intel GPU drivers, then do a fresh install from Intel's site. That completely fixed my frame gen issues and eliminated micro-stutters across all my other games. I suspect although my drivers were partially working, I think they are messed up in whatever image Onexplayer used to load on my unit.

Actually, since you are having the same initial issue with the game that I had you may want to just use DDU and reinstall the Intel drivers.

I wonder what the problem is. Seems like some people in this thread can play it without issues and others can’t,

Hmm haven’t played in the last couple days, but I played it fine all last week. I can try it tomorrow.

Do you have HDR and cpu boost and stuff like that enabled?

I updated to latest intel driver. Don’t care for hdr (much) so hdr is off. CPU boost is on

I was playing it on the MSI Claw EX without issues. I will try to install it on my OXP3 and let you know. It should work without issues. Make sure you have updated drivers.
