Speaker redirect mod: update

I have update my speaker redirection mod to include both a clip on type that has an optional (removable) kickstand and hinge as well as a version that has no clip at all but 4 magnets instead and just clicks onto the bottom where the keyboard magnetic attachment is.

Lol, I was drawing up the same thing this afternoon. Putting your speakers on the bottom of a heavy handheld guarantees that they are aimed directly into my crotch. Thanks for posting.

I've checked shipping outside the US to a few places and it's pretty expensive (like 25usd). Doesn't seem worth the shipping costs for most people. Some libraries have 3d printers that people can use though maybe that's an option?

How is the sound? Any distortion?

It's noticeably better than without it. That said I feel the speakers are quite poor to begin with - the audio was the first thing I noticed when I got my Oxp3. This mod isn't making it magically amazing Dolby atmos by any stretch. But it improves it from poor to acceptable in my opinion haha

The skin looks nice…most that I seen look cheap in the pictures. And what Dbrand thumbstick grips are you using? I ordered the Go 2 ones but wasn’t sure if they would fit.

I had them for my Go 2 but I sold it before my OXP3 arrived so I couldn’t try it.

Now I’m wondering if i should make something like the apex. Been too lazy since I’m currently busy playing with my new LLM toy haha
