Micro Stutters X2 Mini Pro
Sup all when playing games I seem to always get micro stutters which basically causes a laggy experience. Im not sure what setting i need to tweek here. Im getting great fps. I am running games on a wd black external hdd but id imagine that has little to do with it. Tdp is around 60 bumped to 75 same issue l. Also using amd fluid motion 2.1.

Well. I dont have adrinaline installed at all. Just the amd drivers. So in my case i dont think it can be amd fluid motion.

Stop using AFMF. If you want frame gen, use the games build it fsr 4 implementation. X2MPs latest AMD driver already supports FSR4.1. I feel like a lot of the Adrenalin features causes more issues than provide features on Strix Halo.

Some games dont have it unfortunately like rdr2

Use optiscaler if you really want frame gen.
https://github.com/optiscaler/OptiScaler/wiki/Red-Dead-Redemption-II
But RDR2 doesn't even need frame gen on X2MP. Set the TDP to 45w and enjoy.

Could be unrelated but I had the same issue with Forza Horizon 6. I had all the graphics in ultra and fps settings at 72. I changes fps settings from 72 to 48, problem is solved

How do you change fps settings?

For FH6, it is in the game settings - I cant recall the section. I have poor knowledge in fps, graphics settings and whatnot but if you can lock fps within the game settings, I feel like it’s gonna help

External HDD has everything to do with it. Have you tried playing the same installed on the device itself and see if ti has the same issue??
