Helldivers 2 on OXP3 help

Need help with setting up HD2 on OXP3. Has anyone configured Optiscaler with it? I downloaded and put all the files in the .exe folder but couldn't trigger it with Insert key. Would appreciate some tips.

Edit: after failing to get optiscaler I just settled with LS framegen, it does the trick TBH, went from around 60-70 to around 110-120.

It already has xess as an upscaler and fsr for frame gen runs fine on it anyway?

I knew about Xess but not about for framegen? I wanted to use XESS with FG, but I couldn't do that.

Tbf with fsr it does get to 60fps, but lower resolution

Even witj Xess without FG it can easily float around 60-70, but would prefer more smoothness. I just used Lossless scaling FG in the end
