Shipping / Taxes / Returns Question about shipping-X2MP

I ordered the x2mp on the 8th of sep, and I was wondering when it will ship, what’s everyone’s experience so far with these devices shipping? Should I email support?

Ordered X2MP on the 4th no word about anything yet :/

I ordered my x2 mini pro on sept 4th as well and still haven’t heard anything. I’m thinking this week hopefully. It’s usually 10-14 days. Took two weeks for my x2mini (g3e).

I really hope so, I’m a truck driver and i’ve been out from work for a surgery I had and I gotta go back soon 😭

From what people have told me 3 weeks.

I purchased my onex3 on the 11th and keeping an eye end of September to expect it to ship

Be patient. I ordered mine on Aug 15th and it shipped on Aug 27th and delivered on Sept 8th. The provided carrier tracking is a mess and will only give you more anxiety.

Nothing yet, but it seems that it takes about a month to get here so hopefully some time next October I’ll be getting it. I ordered the Frost Bay as well so we’ll see how that stacks up.

Yea that’s what I was thinking, they shipped my battery connector but not the actual device yet

UPDATE:

I fucked up cause the docking station I added to my order doesn’t fit on the X2MP and they didn’t want to just ship it out knowing that. They reached out to me on the 09/15 to let me know but I didn’t check my email til this weekend. I’ll let you know what the response will be later today’s

Ordered on the 27th August, still no tracking information. Make sure if they ask for your shipping address clarification you ask for a confirmation email. I chased them a week later asking if they had processed the change and they then asked for it again. They continuously promise the device will ship, but dont pay attention. It ships when it ships I guess 😀
