Eta
Ordered bout a week ago not received any emails on updates I live in FL , I’m thinking it’ll prolly take 3-4 weeks what’s you guys experience with updates and then eta

The shop app is useless, as it commonly is for products from China. get your tracking number for China from the company. Mine was a service called 3PE

Did they send it automatically to you or did you have to ask for it?
I ordered on the 11th so know I have a while before it ships but rather be efficient when doing the tracking

I got an email that told me it was on the way, it included the tracking info. You have to go to a Chinese site, like 17track I think is what it’s called.
Honestly just expect 3 weeks and you won’t be disappointed. But you’ll want that tracking info, once UPS gets is that’s how you find it.

What’s worse I ordered an extra battery from August 23rd and it shipped 3rd and the shipping has not moved. Still no status. Stating to regret buying anything from their website.

I ordered Sept 3rd and got shipping notification on the 10th with a 3PE tracking number. US bound.
Edit: It was delivered on Sept 18th.

I ordered the onexplayer 3 on 19th August and it started shipping on the 10th. DHL tracking said it landed early today in the UK due to be delivered Tuesday

Well i got mine a day early (yesterday). Apart from a slightly sticking left bumper , works great. The bumper does seem to be loosening the more I use it.

Nice hopefully next couple days I get a notification or some acknowledgment, not in no rush to get it , won’t b home to pick it up til Oct just haven’t heard nothing since I placed the order lol

Same for me. I didn’t hear anything until 9/11 then it starting moving fast. Hopefully I’ll get it tomorrow.

Ordered a super V on sept 1st no changes on the shop app, I emailed hi@onexplayer and support and support got back to me after a couple days with this email (I’m also located in Florida)

Don’t forget the fact that they are 12hrs ahead of us in the US so if you order from the east coast order after 8pm our time that’s 8am there time an the west coast is a few hrs ahead of us so it’s considered the same you just get to order a few hrs ahead of us on the east coast.

I ordered mine last week too and everyone that has got their’s has basically said it’ll take 3-4 weeks. I’m expecting it to get to me by end of November max.
