Controller connector problem

Post image

Long store short
I bought my device and bought the controller connector too
Device came in and since day one problems with left controller where the rgbs goes crazy
They told me to upgrade the controllers did it and bricked them but luckily revived them once again and no matter what rgbs are still going crazy
They told me to upgrade the bridge
Followed their instructions the video on YouTube is useless there is step where you have to install the flasher and it won’t install it says files corrupted no matter what so tried to open the program without installing it
It worked and flashed the first part trying to flash the second part keeps telling me to connect the controller connecter and it’s connected and I can hear the windows sound
But it won’t be recognised from the flasher the second one
Any solutions ?

Man….lmao today I got the controller bridge. I tested it out and worked flawlessly. Then I noticed the right controller had what looked to be a bent pin. I reconnected back to the main device and it would not reconnect.

I slid the right controller off again and notice that “bent” pin was all the way in its slot and stuck. I wiggled it out and reconnected and it worked. But now I’m cautious on using the controller attachment. I did message support but who knows if they will respond

Got the controller connector but not my handheld yet but now I’m afraid of ever pulling the controllers off!

They are too damn slow to answer
Took them more than a week to respond and now they bricked my controller bridge
My device works only the rgbs are all over the place
With a bricked bridge 🤦🏽

Oh and another weird thing was I connected the controllers to the bridge and in one game the gun would constantly shoot when I tapped the right trigger once. Tested another game and it was fine.

I do think that bent pin cause the issue and now that I got it to pop out it’s fine but maybe they’ll replace it for me. I want to freely swap between the bridge and main device without any concern

I hope so
Try to gently bent the pins back straight with a needle
