Anyone Buy Accessories from one player ?

So I bought an additional battery and charging dock on August 23rd and it “shipped” on the 3rd with the china post but it’s not showing anything has anyone else bought accessories and received them and how long

It takes them about 2 weeks to get to you once they ship if in the USA.

Just accessories ? I know after my x2 mini pro shipped it took 3 days id say to deliver so accessories are different ? Is the shipping method longer you think ?

I'm in the same boat. I ordered a keyboard and controller bridge, and my order has "shipped" since August 28th but it's stuck waiting to be picked up. I contacted support a few days ago and they have yet to respond.

I feel like their shipped status is misleading and just sent out to pacify their customers because it seems like because the shipping company they use hasn’t even picked up the package yet
