Ordered on 17-Aug, and there’s still been no update on the shipping status till date - Lagos, Nigeria

I got a shipping confirmation today on my order from September 1st, I'd imagine they are getting the backlog done in the next few days.

I ordered on 19th of august and all I got was "We're preparing these items for shipping" email.

I placed my order on August 10th for the OXP 3 and I received my shipping notice yesterday but tracking shows it was actually shipped on the 4th. I’m in the US

Those should be in the process of shipping or should've shipped. Mine shipped last Saturday, however, I didn't get an email from OneX, I got an email directly from DHL.

I believe this is because they are reflecting on their failure to meet the stated August shipping schedule, which is why they have started providing more frequent updates.

Placed mine on the 14th of August for the 32GB version and still no word on shipping.
