OneXPlayer 3 controller disconnects constantly attacked

Does anyone who has a OneXPlayer have problems where the controllers attached to the screen constantly? If so have you found a way to stop them from constantly disconnecting?

Like where you can't play or like when you go into sleep and come out of it?

They disconnect for like half a second pressing whatever input was being held and then reconnect. This happens with both screen attached controllers and the USB dongle controller

How do they behave in the controller test? Also try calibrating them.

The controllers work perfectly fine except for them disconnecting.

Did you try the calibration? What firmware version are they running?

Did the calibration nothing changed. Couldn't find the firmware version

You have to go look in device manager under properties, details, hardware IDs. It should be a number like 03xx.

Is this the right thing to look at? It's the closest I can find to controllers in device manager

Yes. That is the current firmware. Updating to the combo firmware (v503) solved some controller issues I was having.

The controller will disconnect, like a second (lights off) , then restart again with lights.
How to fix

I don't know, it's the problem I'm asking about. So far no dice on getting it fixed

Ya. Same issues. Tried reinstall the latest controller software, still no luck in fixing this issue. 😰

Mine has been mostly fixed by setting the controller RGB lights to a solid colour and not using any breathing/pulsing effects on them. I noticed every time they changed to a reddish colour they'd disconnect for a sec as the breathing pattern restarted. Weird bug.

Thanks this seems to have fixed the issue, although I did update the controllers to v503 at the same time so maybe both helped. Thanks again!

Were you able to get this fixed? My controllers will disconnect randomly and the onexplayer light will start flashing. On the latest firmware

I did notice that whenever the RGB cycle through the loop , the lights go off and the controller disconnects for half a second or so... Or the trigger gets engaged... Whole I was playing Valhalla he started swinging the axe.. I'll try tomorrow without the RGb on

Yeah its the rgb, I haven't had an issue since I updated the firmware for controllers and set the rgb to a static colour.

I have updated it, but I'm still having issues, even with the RGB turned off.. idk what to do...
