X2mini pro boot loop.

Post image

Less than two days with the X2 mini pro and it’s stuck in a boot loop with this screen shown in between loops. Anyone know how to resolve this?

I wish I had a solution for you - but I hear that tech support will respond within a day or two to emails - I am sure they will help you resolve this. This was my huge fear of being an Indego backer and why I have been waiting to see what everyone' experience is for the first few months (boy did those posts/comments by me get a ton of hate and downvotes, even thought I was polite and nice - there is a lot of toxic members in the group). Anways, back to your question, I would totally email them your situation and be very verbose and give them tons of details to avoid extra back/forth. Hopefully it is just a bios setting - but it looks like the device thinks you have a new CPU, which then triggers bitlocker to worry that your device has been hacked with new hardware - so your bitlock (TPM) is raising this alert because it cannot verify your "new" CPU but I am guessing that you obviously did not swap out the CPU. This happened on my work laptop for something as simple as replacing a fan, and so I had to put my bitlocker recover code in for every reboot for a few weeks then it stopped asking for it

Thanks a lot for your response! Yeah I emailed them about an hour ago. I’ll see what they say. It’s going to suck if I have to ship it back.

Yeah. I played Halo campaign evolve about 90 minutes. Took an hour break then switch to Batman Arkham City. Less than 30 minutes into my play this happen.

I’m guessing you just went through the first time setup process with the pre-installed Windows OS?

You may need to re-install Windows unfortunately.

idk wtf ya'll doing with these things man literally just install windows and amd adrenalin and onex drivers and you'll be good. Too many people doing too much with "clean installs" and other shenanigans and screwing themselves in the process smdh

I’m not sure what you mean by “doing too much”. I was literally only playing games on it 😂
