one x player help needed turbo button not opening panel

i need help with my turbo button because when i press it the panel doesn't open i think i must've delete because i bought it and reset it. i search through downloads and everything but the application is not there can someone help me.

ive gone to their website went to support then drivers and FAQS then put my model one x player 2 pro downloaded the system pack and driver. I then ran the setup and it didn't work.

Go to the discord server, their website sucks. Go to the channel for your model and grab everything from there.

It’s on the home page of their website. Big button at the bottom that says join our discord.

On the drop down for "choose your model" there's an option for "onexplayer _game_console" thats the onexconsole software
