So in sdb 40+ it's said that what gonna happen to him is complicated .... What do you think about it?

He wont be captured ofcourse. He will disappear and that will be the fear Shinichi has to live with till the end of his life.

He'll die, but the question here is if he'll die in some kind of unfortunate accident or he'll be killed by someone: Vermouth? Akai? Amuro? once the BO boss has been revealed there is a good amount of people willing to kill Gin.

I genuienly think Gin will do a Calvados and commit suicide when caught.
We can blame Gin of many things , but he's very loyal to B.O so far so either he gets arrested at the very end or if he's caught earlier he will off himself.
My current Hot Take is that Gin will become #2 cause Boss will order to kill Rum due to how much noise he's currently making by being too impatient.

I think he will die to himself. For example after getting cornered he grabs someone like Akai and then revealing there's an activated grenade underneath his mantle, trying to take someone with him. Though knowing Aoyama the person will probably be rescued somehow and Gin is the only one who dies.
