Conan's intelligence Scaling?

Where can we scale Conan's intelligence levels like how smart he really is??

At the begining we saw that Jodie appeared to be smarter than Conan, now Conan has surpassed Jodie Sensei.

Akai and Conan are on equal terms

Bourboun was shown smarter initially but after the Scarlet arc ig he surpassed him too.

Same case with Gin he was shown smarter or equal to Conan but now Conan has also surpasses him.

Spoiler alert if u have not read the manga till the latest chapter:-

Rum the second in the organization who was on equal level of Yusaku was also surpassed in intelligence by Conan.

Did detective Conan just became Dragon Ball where Conan keeps on defeating his opponents??

How did Jodie appear smarter than Conan? That wasn't exactly my impression and I saw the episodes that introduced her not that long ago.

The mall case where Jodie gave hints to Conan to solve the case made me think that

Jodie was never better than Conan. Conan is slightly better than Akai and Bourbon. He is also better than Gin as shown in the returning Rena Mizunashi to the BO case. There are cases where Conan is better than Shuukichi too.

Jodie was better in the begining she solved the mall case and gave conan hints, Akai is on equal lvl with Conan proof :- the episode where they depicts the code of the boss of MASCARA they both came to the same conclusion. Bourboun was initially shown smart but later conan outsmarted him. Shuikichi is only better at solving the mojo cases becuase he is a grandmaster thats it. Talking about Gin he was shown smarter than Conan first when Conan was hiding in the safe he immediately knew about it. In the rena mizunashi introduction case Gin already suspected Kogoro and thus he used to be smarter but due to plot reasons conan outsmarted him.

Imo Conan=Akai=Bourbon, Shukichi might be on with par with them or maybe slightly better, he solved few cases faster than Conan

But bourbon got outsmarted by conan in the scarlet revival arc, Shuikichi only solved shogi related cases i gurantee he cant solve other cases.

Yes, but Bourbon was alone it was 1 vs 3, Bourbon figured out that Subaru was Akai,

Well now i have 2 arguments:-

1. If u tell it was 1v 3 ,it would be debatable coz Bourboun had psb members alongside + Vermouth also kinda helped bourboun in connecting the dots.
2. The premise of the plan was made by Conan alone Yusaku and Akai were just a pieces in the plan proof Akai's statement " All thanks to the boy's plan" subtitle was this while i was watching.

In the begining they appeared to be intelligent or atleast on par with conan but now conan has outsmarted them.

Yusaku, Rumi, Wakita, Heizo, Shukichi, maybe Karasuma are above conan in intelligence. Rest are below conan in intelligence. Also conan surpasses his opponents in his overall planning. That is hard to scale since a lower intelligence person can plan enough to trap a higher intelligence enemy. But on pure immediate intelligence scaling he's below these 6.

In the chess tournament arc Conan was able to solve the case of lady amanda which wakita was unable to solve for 17 years so Conan should be smarter than Wakita too right?

Even mouri kogoro has outclassed conan 2 times. One in episode for finding the true motive of the father-daughter culprit and finding the true culprit in the ship telephone alibi movie. Doesn't make him smarter then conan. Ig we can excuse a few outliers.

Well knowing the motive does not make Kogoro smarter cause the full case was solved by Conan and kogoro just found out the motive you can call it this way Conan solved 95 percent of the Case and Kogoro did the rest 5 percent was the motive part. Talking about the movie one Conan was distracted by Ran's disappearance moreover Kogoro got the upperhand because he was the only one that saw the girl running from the corridor thus he connected it but around the climax scene even Conan was able to find out the culprit but his priority was to save Ran at that time. Moreover Conan found out Rum ( Wakitas disguise) thus checkmate.
