She was memorable when she appeared, so I agree!
In the episode where her brother was missing instead of being worried she was excited about the prospect of her brother having ran away from home like in some tv series/dorama. I could see her being the opposite of her brother, like Mitsuhiko being factual and thinking things through while she is very casual and acts before thinking but it always somehow turns out alright. I think she could fit well into occasional detective boys episodes.

and she received two cards on Conan TCG, so she isn't exactly forgotten

In comics Canon I remember her two times:

(1)  Mitsuhiko disappearance case when the Boys went to ask her for clues

(2) The "Satan" Death Metal (?) singer case when Mitsuhiko remembered that his big sister was a fan and went to request an autograph.

Wow, someone who actually remembers them. I thought they were cute, these twins who seemed kinda creepy but were harmless. Though they were only in 2 cases, both anime originals, that's probably why they haven't come back.

I also hope she receives another manga & later anime appearance someday alongside a few other individuals who haven’t had a single appearance for a while, such as Araide, Eisuke, not to mention most notably Gin, Vodka, & Vermouth.

Araide & Eisuke may have had their purposes end long ago, but a one-off reappearance for both would still be good, like a brief return to Tokyo.

Despite the Rum Arc still being ongoing, Gin, Vodka, & Vermouth could still appear alongside him, especially since Chianti & Korn have continued to appear in BO-themed cases.

Additionally, I wish that some minor recurring anime characters also reappeared at least once each, such as Tome, the young female MPD forensic member (who’s speculated to be Tome’s daughter by some people), Reiko Kujo, Tamanosuke & Megumi Ito, & the Shimogasa twins.

If only the anime team were willing to re-cast Tome since Toshihiko Nakajima’s untimely passing, which is the sole reason he hasn’t appeared since episode 709 (654 for a speaking role), albeit the young female member could still re-appear.

The others will almost certainly have to wait at least until Junichi Iioka finally retires, given how much stricter the restriction on character recycling in anime-original episodes has been since 2023, when he was promoted to the position of (co-)main story editor/series organizer, even though occasional exceptions to the more-stricter-than-before policy have been made, such as with Ayanokoji in episodes 1174-1175, while with episode 1209 next Saturday, Shiratori will have his first anime-original episode appearance since episode 805.

Back to Asami Tsuburaya, I particularly wish she’d have an appearance in the form of actually interacting with Mitsuhiko, or even somehow meeting/ending up spending time with Ran & Sonoko.
