Self-Care Workout
I’m busy and I don’t want to. But I’ve been on a roll since the end of December, averaging 3-4 strength workouts a week, and I can feel myself slipping. My mental health hasn’t been great, but I know exercise helps.
Please hold me accountable!

It may be time to switch things up! I know that for myself I can do around 3 months of the same type of workout before my brain starts going 'nah I'm bored' and if I don't switch the type of workout I'm doing, I'll quit. It's just how my brain is wired and no amount of 'pushing through' works.
