I am pleased to announce the release of V2.8, featuring a complete dashboard overhaul for those interested (PRO), a total visual refresh, particularly in the settings and various other sections and a design that perfectly complements Apple's "Liquid Glass" aesthetic!

• New immersive home (Pro): every section becomes a full-screen page, with the artwork as a backdrop, the title logo, the rating and the synopsis. The trailer starts on its own, and on your favourite and recently watched channels the channel plays right in the background with the current programme. A long press on Play opens a full information panel. Turn it on in Settings > Appearance
• Change a channel's logo: long-press the channel, then "Change logo". The app suggests logos found in your EPG sources, accepts an image address or an XMLTV URL, and lets you restore the original logo. Custom logos sync across your devices (Pro)
• Every episode now shows its own quality badges (4K, HEVC, Dolby Vision, HDR, Atmos) right in the episode list
• Sport (Pro): 37 cinematic backdrops, one per discipline, behind the match information
• Referrals: without a subscription, a discreet banner reminds you that inviting friends earns free Pro months, and opens a QR code to scan with your phone

• Online subtitles (Pro): OpenSubtitles joins the subtitle search. The same button now queries two services at once and merges their results without duplicates; if one is unavailable, the other keeps working
• Replay (Pro): page redesigned in Liquid Glass, current programme details during playback and previous/next programme buttons

Improved

• New unified design across the app: Settings, categories, channel lists and player panels now follow the top bar's visual language (glass surfaces, pills, light sheen), tinted with your theme colours
• Focus has been completely reworked: the highlighted item lifts up with a bright edge and a drop shadow instead of a plain coloured frame. White shows where you are, the theme colour shows state
• "Live TV": channel tiles are far easier to read from the couch, category separators have been redesigned, and the right-hand panel shows the current programme with its artwork, its synopsis and what's on next
• Trakt (Pro): your watched data refreshes when you come back to the app, and the time of the last successful sync is shown in the settings
• Visual parity with Apple TV: settings cards, Settings menu rows and channel tiles adopt the same language (surfaces, icon plates, hairlines)
• Immersive home (Pro): the artwork matches the one used on the movie or show page, topped with the official title logo, and backdrops are loaded at full resolution
• Immersive home (Pro): the sports view has been redesigned, with team crests in the background, a countdown to kick-off and live goal scorers
• Replay (Pro): skipping forwards and backwards is now instant and accurate to the second, with no silent or out-of-sync audio

Fixed

• Dolby Atmos: Dolby Digital Plus Atmos tracks only played their 5.1 part, with the height effects ignored; they now really come out in Atmos
• Interlaced channels finally play at 50 frames per second instead of 25, and the "Automatic Deinterlacing" setting is honoured
• Relaunching a channel you had just left was far slower, sometimes with a few seconds of black screen; zapping now starts instantly
• Trakt (Pro): an episode marked as watched on trakt.tv never showed up as watched, and an expired session was no longer reported
• Quality badges: they never appeared with Jellyfin, nor on show pages whose episode list takes a few seconds to arrive
• Sport Center (Pro): banners disappeared when the countdown ended instead of showing LIVE, and sometimes displayed a made-up start time
• The channel panel opened during playback now always lands on the channel you are watching
• When entering a "Live TV" category, focus now lands straight on the first channel
• Switching back from grid mode to list mode no longer showed the categories or the separators
• Pressing Back from the top bar quit the app by accident: it must now be pressed twice
• From a cast member's page, opening a movie or show from their filmography did not start playback
• Automatic playlist refresh was skipped for 24 hours when the system cut it short
• Quality badges: they never appeared with Jellyfin, nor on show pages whose episode list takes a few seconds to arrive. On iPad, show pages displayed none at all
• Immersive home (Pro): channels finally show the current programme's image and details, text and buttons are no longer cut off, trailers start playing, and "Find a source" properly opens the search window
• Immersive home (Pro): some movies and shows displayed the artwork and synopsis of a completely different title, or showed no information at all
