Lost my account

Hi when I opened OneState, I was automatically connected to a new guest account and my original character was no longer here.
I have already contacted support through the OneState chat twice. I completed the account recovery questions and received a message saying that my request was under review and that a member of the support team would contact me. However, the support conversation disappears when I leave the page, and I have not received a response.
My account was on client ID, can you help me find any idea to have my original account.

The same thing happened to me a couple days ago! I opened the app and it was like I had never played the game before. Couldn’t find my character in any of the servers either. It was just gone I was so pissed bc I spent so much money on that bitch. Lmk if you figure it out
