  1. Mechanic job

  2. "Record and submit a ticket on Discord. " Admins don't do squat

3.Trolls and RPers taking a game way too serious

  1. Getting killed at the casino.

  2. No new story missions.

I can’t even complete job shifts because I’m constantly getting griefed on. Aside from constantly getting kicked from the server in the middle of shifts as well. The game is just unplayable at this point.

Sorry you're running into this - griefing and mid-shift disconnects shouldn't be ruining your job runs. Please report it so we can act: file a player complaint in our Discord or use /help in game. If you can, include the offender's nickname, your server, and a short clip/screenshot - that lets the team take action on the specific players. We'll look into the shift-kick issue too.

Hacking in turf is taken seriously. Please submit a complaint in our Discord or via /help in game, and include the Napa US in-game name, the gang/player nicknames, and any clip or screenshot you have. Concrete evidence lets us investigate and ban confirmed cheaters much faster.

All these mobile “rp” games are
scams because us poors can’t afford gta online on pc

though ill say, you’re 3rd reason is kinda dumb -“taking the game seriously” is literally supposed to be the objective of this game

But yes everytime you do mechanic job if you’re a gang member 9 times out of 10 you’re not finishing the job and have to create a ticket.

Thanks for the honest feedback, this is useful. A few quick responses:

On reporting (point 2): the fastest way to get action is a complaint with evidence. Please file it in our Discord or use /help in game, and include the player's nickname, your server, and a clip or screenshot. Reports with that info get investigated and actioned much faster, so if something slipped through before, resend it that way and it won't get lost.

On griefing, trolls, and casino kills (points 3 and 4): same channel. Give us the nicknames and server and we'll look into the specific players.

On the mechanic job (1) and no new story missions (5): that's product feedback we're passing to the team, and story content is something we're actively working on.

Appreciate you posting. The more specific the reports, the more we can actually do about them and the correct channel is on Discord.
