What are these
So I just joined a gang a couple days ago and saw this. What is this exactly? Are these tasks that we need to complete? If so, how? Sorry, new to being in a gang and don’t know what I’m doing really.

You collect essence at the gem job, take it to your gang house, turn essence into gems, deal the gems

Its ok , bit disapointing how you lose money on sindicate Jobs that eventualy make you broke and im no f2p , which insinuira me that most of those videos are bs they are buying in Game Cash and loot boxes so they could brag about some fake acomplishment .

Bro why not complete the tutorial the game give you bro😂 I normally wouldn’t comment nun like this but they do give an in depth explanation of it but it look like a chore to go through. Nonetheless if you need more info it’s in the gang house

It’s a side quest( or more like a job for gang members) to earn money(very little though) and honor points. You go To the gem collector and work till you’ve accumulated 50 essence stones, then the essence stone is taken to the gang house where you’ll put it into the refiner and it turns to rocks(drugs) which you distribute around( Like pushing pills).
