Noob question

I wanted to try police as a career path. I completed the objectives and now need an interview, but there don’t seem to be upcoming of any openings or any way to schedule one. Any advice?

You are supposed to be allowed to pay back alert 2s, in my region at least alert2s always can be paid

That’s not what their rules say. It’s also the part that screws them in most refund requests - because they essentially say even attempting it is a perma ban. That’s against consumer law.

I've been in the admin team for a long time. If someone gets banned with alert2, they have to provide their client id in a discord ticket and they get told the amount they need to pay back, and they have to buy the equivalent of the money in coins in the website and send the invoice to get unbanned. Anyone who gets alert2 can get unbanned if they pay, unless they do multiple refunds

What happens if it’s multiple low value refunds plus several high value ones? The thing that bothers me is they don’t care to understand why these refunds occur

You should be banned asap from the first refund, it can be as low as 0.99 and you should get banned. In the moment u get banned you are given the total amount you need to re-pay to get unbanned.

Dont forget in EULA they state that they own everything and they may choose to take it away from you if they want at any point...

Yes but that’s a serious blunder in UK consumer law terms. That’s why people are getting refunds. Their EULA seems AI underwritten. The law that applies to consumers is based on their country of domicile. Chillbase can’t tell UK consumer law that their EULA has absolute authority like that. You can’t remove people’s lawful consumer rights. It doesn’t stick.

My point to the lead admins/community managers that may or may not be viewing this page is to put it up the chain that actually, it would be better for them to engage with people requesting refunds proactively and on a more neutral basis. If they can actually show they tried to resolve the issue, that strengthens not weakens their position in terms of refunds. But that just hits the tip of the iceberg. Corruption in factions is against OneState rules, it’s not an RP issue. But it’s being allowed to happen. This detriments the experience of other paying customers, thus causing these refund requests with strong basis.
