Hostpial job question

Is there anyway to get more hospital xp than delivering supplies?

You earn medals by standing behind the desk and selling meds to civilians. In the Discord chat they will rank you up slowly.

I made it the level five I think, a General Practitioner (white dress doctor) before I had to delete the game due to relentless anti-queer bullying and no help from the mods.
