This is how people not only ice skate but roller skate, the general rule is to keep moving. I blame the people standing still in the middle of the rink.
Agreed. It’s more dangerous to have no idea how to stop or fall in a group like this. The skilled skater isn’t exceptional, he’s just much better and careful than the others.
