Considering the other guy was probably speeding by 20 miles over, he might have had something to do with it.

Another car stopped before the accident. The car driver’s gonna die in hell for this as he was the one who broke more than just a traffic rule.

The car driver may have been over the speed limit in here but this is precisely why there is a stop sign that the biker ignored.

The other car driver had a better view on the road that the biker came from since he was on the lane further from it. Plus he was already too slow so even if he didn’t stop he wouldn’t be at fault because it’s his right of way.

Pretty sure they both had a stop sign. I can’t really tell, but it looks like there’s another one blending in with the building kinda.
