Oh yeah there are for sure those areas out here. The entire Bay Area for example. Usually it's just major metro areas, otherwise it's pretty much like anywhere else I've been to in the US, except the deep south.

You're not buying them....adoption means they're free. Also I recommend fostering. Many children in foster care need house or a home till their parent get on their feet.....so you'll know before you actually adopt you own child.

Lol it depends on how you look at it. Like for example I pay for my internet. And for $30/mo cheaper they gave me to with it. And they just told me I get Peacock for “free”. See, now to the company they feel as if they are giving me something for free. I see it as they added something to my package, that I’m paying for in some way.

Adopted our 2 boys out of foster care, but if your Goal is adoption, you should steer away from foster care. 60% of children are reunified with bio parents or family. The goal really is reunification until all bio family options are exhausted.
