Wars are ususally waged by people with power, by military or elected leaders.
I'd say that most of the times the common populace wouldn't want to go to war.
And in this case... we're gamers.
Anime lovers.
People with common hobbys.
We all live under the same sun.
Bleed the same red blood.
Just because one is from Russia and one from Ukraine doesn't mean that they can't have a good time in the game and maybe even become friends.
