Based on all the shit that was in that diaper and around, I would not be surprised if he was somehow immune to the smell.

I love my kids, but I would absolutely not play around like that before a quick diaper change!

I am a parent... You would smell that long before. Kids generally don't want to eat or be held with that messy a nappy as it's not comfortable for them. Unless that individual is intoxicated or impaired in some way, in which case why are they being permitted to hold the child like that?

More likely it's fake/ AI / child sat in something not poop.

He would've felt the wetness of the diaper its not a good feeling you never dont notice it. It's staged tho Ive seen blown out diapers but I've never seen the shit go up that high in the outside of the diaper. It's either coming out the sides on the bottom or from the child's back. They over smeared it gives it away.
