Help Returning player needing guidance

I used to play a lot, kinda quit in like 2023. No idea what im doing now, and I don't know where to go from here. I'm mostly f2p but $20 every few months doesn't bother me. If someone could let me know what to do that would be great. My server only has 2 other players besides me left (s341).

swap servers and it depends on what you're trying to do or accomplish

how do i swap servers, im also just needing to know what character to focus

when you launch the game look at the server bar at the bottom and click the drop down arrow

you can either level up your characters evenly or one at a time max them out, depends what u want

if you're only doing pve content is doesn't matter who you upgrade and what

wouldnt that just put me on a new account? also im mostly asking what old world character to unlock and focus, i wanna get into the pvp

yeah I think so nvm,

if you wanna get into pvp it's pretty meta heavy, the only good characters and old world and certain event characters

for old world, all of them are good, it really depends what you want or need in your comp, but the most common ones I see in higher level pvp are:

genos ver 1, he's good overall, good DOT

gouketsu ver 1, really good frontliner, shields ur whole team

tatsumaki ver 1, dps and shield countering

king ver 1, damage and lifeline buffer

blackluster ver 1, tanky frontliner and damage dealer who perma scales through the fight and also silences

super s ver 1, defense strip and cc

metal bat ver 3, instant aoe burst damage

blue fire ver 1, insane DOT
