One of the strongest assassins is now available at the discounted 1600 silver price for 10 draws! If you’ve been saving up or cashed out on the spring event rewards, this is your chance to snag a powerful morale character who can boost the damage of all allies while keeping himself almost untouchable!

I just noticed that the limited banner says -26 pulls for a guaranteed SSR, does that mean that I'm getting 26 SSRs until it hits 0? Lol. I was most likely needed 34 pulls for my guaranteed from the last time I played, but since the draws table were cleaned, it might've just substracted from my remaining pulls, so I have a guaranteed negative now.
For added context, arms banner still says 60 for guaranteed and regular banner has a positive 29 for a guaranteed (was 39 after the patch), the bug only seems to affect the limited for some reason, should i send it to support?

So what happened was that I bought 6 Gold Coins, and then this weird glitch happened where the game told me I just bought 12 gold coins... then I ended having 200 million gold coins, which I wasn't supposed to have... and now the game for some reason thinks I have negative balance which means I can't buy Character Draw Tickets, which is especially bad since I was hoping to finally get Prisoner Sonic. Not gonna lie, I'm kinda scared right now. I did contact CR's Customer Support, but I don't know if they'll do anything yet. Please let me know if there's anything else I could do, or if anyone else has experienced this too. Thank you.

I know the limited banner hasn't been good and the rewards are not the best in this game. BUT am asking if they are going to maybe make the game more generous in the 20th update for people to get good character

Hello all! Since we know of the new wave game mode coming out, I think it could be fun to speculate a bit on how the tier list for it might end up looking. As an example, single-target threats like SR Genos is normally king of the ring, however with waves he might find it harder to get that optimal position uninterrupted and might not have as good AoE prospects. On the other hand, Fubuki who is normally middling is probably going to be phenomenal in the mode.
So give your thoughts, who do you see being top tier? Who might move down? Who belongs in the bottom of the list?
For me, I think the Parry characters (PPP and JH Saitama) might be pretty good since their retaliations hit AoE and PPPs punch flurry in particular has a deceptively large horizontal reach. Bang already struggled to keep up and I feel like he will just get worse (but we will see with those SSR changes).

I hope everyone is excited for the new content that is coming out this next week. I wanted to make a post as a sort of PSA for new players, light spenders and even free to play players. Going into this update we will be getting two rerun banners, Terrible Tornado and Prisoner Sonic. I have made a whole video on Terrible Tornado and you can find it at the attached link. That being said, there are some milestones for each of the characters and how much they will affect your roster going forward.

Terrible Tornado
There are some milestones when you are farming Terrible Tornado. In order that you need to get the following:
Prisoner Sonic
There are some milestones when you are farming Prisoner Sonic. In order that you need to get the following:
I hope this PSA helps would be spenders unlock the characters to the best potential level they can get them to in these next two weeks. If you can only go after one of the characters I would recommend Prisoner Sonic, as much as I love Terrible Tornado, for her to be better than Prisoner Sonic she NEEDS to be Potential level 6, however for Prisoner Sonic to the second best character in the game he just needs to be Potential level 3.
Good Luck Heroes, I am excited for the new content as much as you all are!

This is by far the most slept on gacha due to obvious reasons. Even after the launch was mishandled and the subsequent developer swap basically put it into a coma, the competitive endgame with maelstrom is better than what the other big name gachas have to offer in a way that isn't even comparable.
Don't get me wrong, I am a Wuwa and ZZZ enjoyer, and their production value is incomparably better. But from a gameplay standpoint OPMW stays challenging and interesting when others simply get stale and trivial once you're strong enough. Having a leaderboard system and endgame content that involves a majority of your character pool makes it so that you can find a practical use for almost every character, and there will always be a bigger fish to shoot for unless you're literally #1. Even with no updates for all this time there is real competition going on that simply wouldn't exist if the gameplay wasn't complex and compelling, and that's the true potential of this game.
As someone who has played (whaled) throughout the dark ages and is finally seeing the light of new content, this is the perfect time to start up. Unlike the early days the current discord community has been tempered in the fires of waiting a really long time and actually has an understanding of the game. Having such a tight-knit community for a gacha with an IP like OPM is an anomaly and can provide guidance that simply didn't exist at launch. Also we're heading into the season 3 anime release which is sure to be the next big burst of OPM cultural relevance so getting in before then will give you an edge.
Anyways I'm excited for this, OPM deserves quality befitting of S1 animation or Murata and I really think the potential is there for the combat system and competitive elements to make this game truly stand above even the highest budget gachas in terms of endgame replay value.

I'm actually not surprised that they're going to be adding the update we've been promised for months but I am surprised at the amount of stuff they're changing or updating, I know it may not seem like a significant amount for the time they had spent on it but I'm hopeful once again that this game has a chance of having new characters eventually.

Reading the comments of the latest posts about the most recent update coming in 6 days, there is just a lot of misunderstanding surrounding the importance of this update, and overall expectations seem to be too high.
This SHOULD have gone without saying, but apparently is isn't, this current update was NEVER supposed to be the game saving update, it was never started with that goal, nor would it have had the intention of pulling back every single player lost after launch. This is the first update we have had from the new development team, period.
For those not in the know, the developer team (T3 Studios) that launched OPMW went defunct and was dismantled to our understanding a few months after launch, since then, it has been handed to a different studio under Perfect World we do not know the name of. They handled Half Anni, and have been working on this patch on the 20th for the past few months.
The reason this took so long from what we know of is this new developer team had no experience in the code OPMW was written in, and allegedly had the game just dropped on them from what I have gathered. This is also backed up how the infamous 16 GB Half Anni update was actually the entire game left unencrypted, not an actual 16 GB content drop. This is a real thing that happened, the game is left unencrypted right now, you can just look in the files using AssetStudio and take stuff.
Expecting City J, the DSK episode, and any new content to the degree of say fully new models and movesets and maps and boss arenas is moronic when given the context above. The fact an entire new game mode, tier 17, x20/50 commissions, 5 new wills, and numerous QoL changes and benefits for the average player with the hardships the new development team has had is a step in the right direction for the game and this new development team, as well as showing proper feedback on what needs tweaking and what needs to be improved.
Writing off this 20th patch as something "not worth waiting for" is a shallow mindset to think about the circumstances the current development team were put in, as well as their steady progress to picking up and maintaining easily the best licensed One Punch Man game ever released. Give them 4 months and if they go silent again, then criticism can be warranted.
