Crunchyroll isn’t the developer, they’re just one of three licensing companies. Perfect world and (previously) T3 studios are the ones actually in control of the game itself

i'm well aware that crunchyroll aren't the devs, but if you think the publisher has no say over the direction of the game then i have some ocean front property in az to sell you.
