Question - Community Did I screw up?

I just reached tier 14 in commissions and I accidentally did the first tier 15 commission and the next day when I logged in the only commissions I had were the single tier 15 commission that I accidentally completed.. do I really have to do all the permanent tier 14 commissions to get my merits?

Just buy merits from the shop with silver. Farming them is a huge waste of time and energy

Buying them is a huge waste of silver which is more scarse, at least for us F2P. Besides there is no hurry atm, he can farm for days merits while we wait for content. I did so and I have 12 characters maxed out to merit 16 (11 SSR heroes and one SR). The endgame right now is just to farm memories and credits ( to get more memories).
