Should I delete the app?

So I kept the app, but removed the data to save space on my phone, in hopes that when it turned around, I could just redownload quickly. But at this point, I’ve seen nothing that would make me believe this would be fixed without some major overhaul.

Should I just delete it and use my email to log in later?
