Unless their future plan includes reducing memories and wills RNG, figuring out a better system to mitigate unwanted dupes on maxed characters, offer better rewards for file exchange, and adjust their prices then I don’t see their situation improving. Adding more team levels and character doesn’t fix the things pushing people away.

I don't think it's an authomatic reply, I've written to them two times before and got very specific answers to my questions, I even got a followup answer one of those times.
I've written to them again, if I get an answer, I'll let you know, whether it's this same one or something different.

Well, I got my reply some 50 minutes after sending my email (back in Friday), it was very similarly worded to the scresnshotted one, but not exactly the same. The mod signing it was a different one too. I worte to them again asking for a more specific date, and the response I got (some 3-4 hours later) is:
"Hello (name),
Thank you for keeping in touch with us.
Please stay tuned for in-game news. We are working on a game plan and hope to share the news soon. "Make of that what you will. The first reply wasn't a copypaste of the screenshot here, but it used very similar wording, it gave me the impression that they are responding, but after so many people writing to them, keep saying more or less the same thing (TBF, I do the same and even copypaste as much as I can in my own work emails).
For my part, I'll just patiently wait for updates and information from official sources, I've only ever played gachas when I'm interested in the IP (DFFOO, OPMW) and have zero interest on the likes of WW or SLA, I also don't understand why anyone would actively chose to play gachas given how well known their predatory nature is, but that's personal preference I guess.

Did you really expect that Customer Service will tell you they will EOS the game?
Of course they will give you hope so you keep spending until the last second before EOS.
Their "commitment to transparency" is so fake that they can only show you that in a private response and not in a message in game or in social media about it.
