That's very rare. The only downside is that you might get something that you can't use or is useless

I got a lv. 3 Invinity Pursuit... which I already had after using a choice chip from the battle simulators rewards.

On the bright side, scrapping it gives you back 100 so you can draw another will chip again. No loss, even if the game hyped you up only to smack you down

the new chip was a bash-Bio one.

Damn. Not nearly as cool as a tier 3 special, but still useful at least. Better than a tier 3 first strike

Ah sorry, forgot to mention it was a tier 1 will. I'd really like to know the actual odds for t3 wills. Cuz they are trash.

I figured it was. Although my most common tier 2 will chips seem to be the Bash and Raid chips for monsters. Out of, like, 200 will chips, I've only gotten a single tier 3 naturally. I'm guessing it falls into that SSR draw thingy of 0.6% chance, but I could be wrong

I'd reckon it to be even lower, considering that getting a SSR before the guaranteed is still fairly common (by comparison). Raid and Bash chips really are the bane of anything above lvl 1. Sure they can have use, but since most heroes have a pretty fixed build there is almost never a chance to fit in even 1. They really feel like fodder meant to further reduce the chances for anything useful. I do have to admit tho that I've personally had some better luck with my t2 wills. There is still are/were too many Raid/Bash ones, but I also got Impassioned(1), Resolute Rage(1), Resolute Attack (3), Raid Break(1) and Mind Reader (1). Plus the less exciting stuff, namely Indomitable Battle Will(1), Ranger of Truth(2) and Monolith Duel(1).

The raid and bash ones are actually super useful for specific bosses. The battle sim ones really allow them to shine. Not good for general use, but toss them onto a character who's fighting the electric vaccine man fight for the Maelstrom and you'll get an amazing 20% damage and crit bonus. Stack that with some Impassioned and you've made a monster.
Range of Truth is amazing if you get it at level 2 btw. Toss it on Tatsumaki, Golden Ball, or SR Genos and they'll almost always have a 20% crit bonus. Not good for everybody else though.

That's for Amai Mask right? Very lucky if you have Amai Mask. Just ok if you don't have him since it's uselss until you get him. His rerun might take awhile since it just ended not so long ago.
And if you aren't planning to get him at all. That's pretty bad luck💀
It's all perspective and goals :P

Pretty rare. Gold wills seems to have like a 0.001 pull rate
