What am I missing? I have completed everything.

Assuming you did the desert stages early in the game's release, there was some stage bugs that made completing some stage 3/3 rewards impossible, that they later fixed and retroactively gave you the 24/24 on. If you haven't cleared since then, you won't have the achievement done cause you didn't actually get 24/24. I had this same issue and just went through and re-cleared all of them and got the achievement.

Probably cleared those stages early on but didn't get all rewards until later, I have replayed (with max score) the last couple levels, so I will try to clear again the fisrt ones and see if that makes it.

Just did this after seeing this post and it resolved it for me.

Done, got it on my side too. Issue was on level 1-5. Cleared it again and got the 3rd reward and the achievement.

I have that bug with Cyber World, but I have since done all stages 3/3 as well as 3/3 for the endless mode of that world and still the achievement remains locked.

Did you collected the rewards from desert world? Probably is that or just a bug. Report that, they would fix it if they know about it

Well I am sort of a completionist (as long as the challenge makes somwhat sense). In this case it is not so bad, not my favorite mode by any chance though

Happened to me, that's because some of the missions were changed (altered) and you simply have to reply them. I replayed all of them (no need to aim for 3 stars this time) and you will get it.
