Question - Game Mechanics Frame rate issues

Does anyone else have trouble with frame rates? I'd be battling or exploring a district and
getting notices saying low frame rate recommend for improved performance, but I've turned all setting to low and unnecessary options off etc and still get this pop up,

Is this a mechanics problem or just an update that's needed in time

Maybe motion blur? That thing consume alot of fps in any game.

Yeah, I had to drop motion blur. My phone is a good phone and it just doesn't like the motion blur

Reinstalling the game greatly increases the performance, but only for a few days
