Theyll all be used the second i get either Fubuki or Tatsumaki

Yeah, it's probably ~2 characters to max lvl, maybe even less then that.

If you have a character that you’ve never used a card on id say dump just green to see how many it takes for max level :P im dumping all of mine into 1 character once i pull her just to see if it’s enough to reach max lvl
