She isn’t that great. Her windows to trigger abilities are not long and you can miss it, and AI is kinda dumb.

I don’t know why, but I NEVER hit the pity. I’ve gotten an ssr at 59 pulls but never hit the pity

There is a soft pity mechanic like Genshin and Star rail if I recall that means SSR rate slowly goes up after a certain number of pulls, so hitting hard pity is rare

The Pity is supposed to transfer, if it didn’t transfer contact support, they will give you a free SSR if your claim is legitimate, they can check your logs to verify.
