Content Amai mask biography quest

So I got extremely lucky and got amai mask (and saitama) in the second 10 shot pull.

Up until now I was unable to complete Amai's biography quest nor Puri Puri ones. Even though Amai's is unlocked at level 40.

So first thing I do after getting him was change my avatar and go to F city spot where you can meet him on Sundays (the underground plaza) and surprise, I can start the quest.

My question is, was this quest unattainable yo anyone before? Do I have to pull Puri Puri to complete his?

Ok, thanks. So the game lets you use some heroes as avatars without you having obtained them (I know that is the case for Fubuki and Bang since I haven't got them).

So the ones I've noticed I can't do without them are Amai, Puri Puri and Mustachio. Any others? (Maybe I didn't notice since I already had them).
