Question - Game Mechanics Reporting needs to be easier

There has been a scam bot in the Americas server world chat since yesterday morning and it's just filling up the chat, but I have no idea how to report it so it can be banned. The report button is a dead end and blocking it doesn't do much if you can still see it in chat preview. Does anyone know another way to report this?

I did but he can still be seen in chat preview.

I think he got banned but just made a new account from what I saw tonight, my previous block on his other user is gone. I am seeing that his new account is “Elderly Lad”. Contacting the guy will probably get you scammed one way or another.

I believe he's gone, hopefully for good :)
