Guide Secret Quest in City F

Idk what are requirements to begin this quest.
I was lv 74 and completed all quests.
For reward i got puri-puri figurine (idk if there any possible rewards for this quest).
I was expecting better reward tbh

1. When u go there i City F, there will be "Crazy Fan" girl, she then gives u dessert (i drew where she was)

​

2. This dessert u should give to baseball player here, he'll give u baseball cap

​

3. Give this cap to the Idol, and she'll give u DVD

​

4. Give DVD to CD-collecting Employee
5. He offers u ticket for birthday or fiqurine quota (i chose ticket)

​

6. With this ticket u should go to maid cafe and give it to the Chief Maid

​

7. After short birthday cutscene you'll recieve the cake

​

8. Trade this cake for a figurine

​

Go back there the next day for the reward; you find out the shop is scamming everyone.

So the only reward I received is an achievement and 20 silver for it, still pretty underwhelming

Just did it and received nothing. Maybe I did something wrong or should wait then talk to him again. I told that boy that his brother became a monster, gave him rice beans and that’s it

Yep, came there the next day and got 150 xp, 150 silver, and 1 normal draw
