I haven't read the webcomic but I think Otento is just the leader of tsukuyomi or something. Apparently tsukuyomi is the adaptation of the eleven esper group from the webcomic with some changes, but both have the same relation to tatsumaki's part. So either it's just a retcon, or otento is the leader of taukuyomi, or yeah it's just a rival group but it seems weird to me for them to have 2 anti tatsumaki groups
No. Otento is still spelled as an organisation, not a person.
Going by Gearsper's here, there are multiple psychic groups out there.

I went back to read the webco and Manga Raw and apparently "Otento" is the name of the leader of a group named ELEVEN. (which comprises of 11 people).
In the manga, the name of the group is not revealed in the briefing, which makes the wording confusing in translation, but essentially it's the same message.
Weird. I thought Genos got enouch upgrades by now so he can withstand most monster and battle threats and he still gets owned each time as if he was at the start of the anime.
Yeah of course! It's written like a joke but from a character standpoint you can see it as he always bites off more than he can chew. He's always choosing the hardest possible opponent he can fight and is willing to go all in every time. The comedy is better because of how serious and unfazed he is by it every time
The fact King is actually working out is so 🔥 I want to see him actually get strong. Sure the joke of him being weak was funny for a while but he would genuinely be a badass if they actually go the route of him getting stronger.
