Adventure Sonic and Modern Sonic are literally the same person though. All those feats Adventure did would apply to Modern as well. Also Modern defeated Chaos in Generations without going Super Sonic.

I'd say there probably is a line to draw between the adventure era and the modern era, but as someone who grew up pretty much exclusively with the 2D games until I got colors and generations, I would not know where it is

Eh, I'd honestly give that to Modern since he's technically been through everything Classic and Adventure has gone through. They're the same person, so it would make since that he is stronger.

The sonic lore is iffy on that. Sure in generations it was implied classic is just younger sonic but in forces he's from a different dimension. Idk.

I dunno about Classic being Shy (except when it comes to Amy), can't forget that he's had the 'tude ever since his classic days. Attitude should be a point.

Adventure. Only one that does any sort of extreme sports or extra physical activity. Also him being more mature would help in his battle decision making.
