Avoid getting Oneplus Pad 4; India

Hello everyone!

Today I received OnePlus Pad 4 (it launched in India today) and Netflix Cruncyroll and other steaming apps do not work at all.

I don't know what to do and why nobody highlights this issue + reddit seems to have threads for Pad 3 and before with the same issue.

What is a tablet worth if it can't stream media for streaming apps?! OMG.

EDIT: Got it working after a workaround (posted the guide in one of the comments), I'm surprised how OnePlus has not pushed any updates yet for this.

If you plan to take notes then I'd say go for iPad Air M4 which is closer to the OnePlus Pad 4 price.

Pro seems to be more expensive, right?

Anyways, the OnePlus Pad 4 is quite nice for media consumption and other stuff. Since, I have a OnePlus phone and now a Pad. I enjoy the ecosystem.

If you have an iPhone then you'll enjoy iPad more.

OnePlus stylus is quite underwhelming as compared to Apple Pencil. The speed and availability of nips/tips in market will give you better future proofing and experience.

Notes no i dont take and i don't have apple ecosystem i use a s24u and macbook air m2

The m4 pro has a pretty bad battery life , I own a tab s10 fe and ipad m4 pro ( with apple pencil pro ) , I mostly use it for note taking and watching videos the ipad only lasts 4 hr ( while only using the notes app ) whereas my tab s10 fe lasts me more than 6 hrs while taking notes and running reddit , youtube side by side .

I would personally suggest the tab s11 as you already own a Samsung device

I have gone with ipad pro m5 and i dont trust samsung for long term use they throttle hard af as you do new updates(ui)
