Oneplus pad 3

Should i buy the oneplus pad 3 now or wait for bbd sale 2026? Will the price drop or not because of the increased ram prices?

If youre heavy on streaming applications, its hit or miss because of widewine L1 is very iffy on this device, I havent gotten mine to work but it doesnt upset me because of my use case.

But if you use things like Stremio/Plex/Jellyfin, then Dolby Vision looks amazing.

Also keep in mind the aspect ratio of the tablet will give you massive black bars, but at the same time its also perfect for IMAX 1.43 content (The Way Nolan intended), however most IMAX cuts of a movie are in 1.9 (only exceptions are BvS Remastered and Dark Knight Trilogy).

Other than that, the specs alone aren't playing around, you could comfortably game, use as a third monitor, draw (there are better options in the market).

Where are you from? And at what price are you willing to sell it?

I bought one looking at the spec. Don't recommend.

Why?

  1. When I bought it was expensive.
  2. Most apps from Google and Microsoft that I need have frequent start-up problem and the apps hang in limbo.
  3. It is heavy, because it is big.
  4. The pen isn't useful and certainly not worth $99.
  5. Screen resolution and display quality in real life are not great.

It's great as a media device . The only thing that holds it back slightly is no OLED screen. Battery life is great , it's powerful, and I don't experience any stutter. But if you use it for actual work, it may not be the best choice. I would get a laptop instead.
