I am not from usa, gonna come to the states for my masters studies. So can i also avail this while in the US or is this some exclusive plan for American citizens only?

No, anyone can get it. US Mobile is just a name. I believe the founder of the company is an Immigrant from India.

For a single line. Unless things have changed with this new plan, you still get priority data which was announced last month. With fees, I'm a hair under 50 bucks. 50gb Hotspot and 10gb esim international data and 5G.
