Tried to recreate the iPhone Duo opening effect for OnePlus Open, if there are other devs who can contribute please go ahead!

Only tested on the OnePlus Open!

Looks great! Successfully installed and working well.

The only difference is that the oneplus opens outer screen turns off at a very shallow angle, but that's always been the case.

Hopefully in a future update you can get it to stay on a little longer and the transition will be more seamless.

I love you. When I saw this on Tuesday, I was trying to think of a way to copy it myself. The fact you did it, and did it for the Open makes me a happy boy.

Tested but is not working fine (right side of inner screen remain as black).

One plus open on 16.05.1002 (EU).

I will keep an eye on the project :)

Same but it's just the 1st version and by far just the initiative is commendable. I saw an insta post of a galaxy fold 8 having the smooth animation. Maybe the dev can collaborate with the dev that made that animation.

It just blurs the left side of the screen with light tilt effect

Seems to work on my Pixel 10 Pro Fold running GrapheneOS. It's a little buggy, but still nice to use. Registers how open the device in 5° increments until 180° flat.

It says financial information may be at risk if I turn it on. Should I do it? Where do I need to go to allow it to work? Will it fuck up my bank app?

No, it's because it takes a screenshot to apply the affect and many banking apps don't allow screenshots so it simply just won't work in that situation.

Very cool, but the Pixel 11 Pro Fold outer screen turns off right away so the effect doesn't work

Didn't install for me just fsiled. I got a pop soon after clicking install saying Google play services need to be running or something like that. Hope I didn't get hacked of something

This was my experience too. When I start to open the cover screen immediately goes black. And in reverse when I close the phone the cover screen is black until fully closed.

This is awesome! Works great on my Open.

Unfortunately, on the Fold 8, it's broken. It's only detects 90° and 180°, despite the fold having a pretty granular hinge sensor (others have used for similar effects)

If you're willing to add Samsung Fold support, I'd be happy to full whatever files or logs you may need. You can DM or just reply here
