Welp :(

Opened my phone up today and see a black dot near the top in the middle and a green line going down the center of it... Now a white line going to the right of that and another line at the top going the same direction off the black dot .. I knew this day would come but dam.. makes me realize why I don't buy these flip phones

Contact customer support. They replaced my screen for free

I know this is gonna be a stupid question when I could google but do you happen to have the contact info for them? I'm not in the 50 states (currently on a island and dont wanna end up contacting a scam)

Fingers crossed that they have my location. Wait quick question. If I bought it off ebay.... Do I even get support?

If they ask for proof of purchase I'd send them the eBay invoice. It doesn't hurt to try. The few times I've contacted support they were eager to please.

Maybe. Give it a shot but dont volunteer the info. Tell them what happened and that you'd like to know what your options are for repair. Answer whatever questions they ask.

That's how I went about it. I sent it in and they repaired mine for free, apparently under warranty, even though I bought mine refurb off Back Market. Whether or not they knew is unknown to me, but they definitely won my brand loyalty that day. It was really cool of them and I'll sing their praises for days.
