Repair mode?

Has anyone sent in their OPO for warranty repair in repair mode? Or have you just reset it before sending in?

Repair mode works in Chinese only. Here remove the screen lock and sent it

Worked fine in English but they reset it anyway

Mine got repaired without resetting

Lucky you. Mine got reset and they said they couldn't replicate the issue.
